3. Brief introduction:
6BA (6-Benzylaminopurine) is a plant growth regulator and the first artificially synthesized cytokinin.
It can inhibit the decomposition of chlorophyll, nucleic acid, and protein in plant leaves, maintain green and prevent aging; It is widely used in various stages of agriculture, fruit trees and horticultural crops from germination to harvest, such as transferring amino acids, auxin, inorganic salts, etc. to the treatment site.

4. Dosage:
- Promote lateral bud germination. When using in spring and autumn to promote the germination of rose axillary buds, cut wounds 0.5cm above and below the axillary buds of the lower branch, and apply an appropriate amount of 0.5% ointment. In the shaping of apple young trees, it can be used during vigorous growth to stimulate the germination of lateral buds and form lateral branches; Fuji apple varieties are diluted with 3% solution and sprayed 75-100 times.
- Promote the fruiting of grapes and melons, treat grape inflorescences with 100mg/L solution 2 weeks before flowering to prevent flower and fruit loss; When melons bloom, applying 10g/L of the stem can improve fruit setting.
- Promote the flowering and preservation of flowers and plants. 5. Precautions for use:
(1) The mobility of cytokinin 6-BA is poor, and the effect of foliar spraying alone is not good. It needs to be mixed with other growth inhibitors reasonably.
(2) Cytokinin 6-BA is effective as a preservative for green leaves when used alone, but it is better when mixed with gibberellin.
