L-Glycine 99% amino acid

Glycine (abbreviated as Gly) is a non essential amino acid with the chemical formula C2H5NO2. Glycine is an amino acid that is a component of endogenous antioxidant reduced glutathione. When the body experiences severe stress, it is often supplemented externally, sometimes also known as a semi essential amino acid.
L-Glycine is widely used for the Agricutural, feeding additive, food additive and medicine etc.

SPECIFICATION
L-Glycine Introduction: Glycine (abbreviated as Gly) is a non essential amino acid with the chemical formula C2H5NO2. Glycine is an amino acid that is a component of endogenous antioxidant reduced glutathione. When the body experiences severe stress, it is often supplemented externally, sometimes also known as a semi essential amino acid.
Solid glycine is a white to grayish white crystalline powder, odorless, and non-toxic. Easy to dissolve in water, almost insoluble in ethanol or ether. Used in the pharmaceutical industry, biochemical experiments, and organic synthesis, it is the simplest amino acid in the amino acid series and is not essential for the human body. It has both acidic and alkaline functional groups in its molecules, and can ionize in water with strong hydrophilicity. However, it is a non-polar amino acid that is soluble in polar solvents but difficult to dissolve in non-polar solvents, and has a high boiling and melting point. By adjusting the acidity and alkalinity of the aqueous solution, glycine can present different molecular forms.

L-Glycine Application:
  1. Food: Food additive, used as a nutritional supplement, for seasoning and other purposes. It has a certain inhibitory effect on the proliferation of Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli, so it can be used as a preservative with an added amount of 1% to 2%;
  2. Medicine: Used as a biochemical reagent, can also be used in medicine, as a medication for medical microbiology and biochemical amino acid metabolism research;
  3. Agriculture: mainly used as a feed additive for poultry and livestock. Used as an additive for hydrolyzed proteins, as an enhancer for hydrolyzed proteins;
       Glycine ethyl ester hydrochloride, an intermediate used in the synthesis of pyrethroid insecticides in pesticide production,                can  also be used to synthesize fungicides such as imidacloprid and herbicide solid glyphosate.
  1. Industry: Nitrogen fertilizer industry is used as a non-toxic decarbonization agent. Used as an additive in electroplating solution; Used as a cosmetic ingredient.
