The Trans-Zeatin plant growth promoter produced by Agreenco Bio is a natural organic compound with a molecular formula of C10H13N5O. It is a natural cytokinin that exists naturally in the plant body. It is the first natural cytokinin extracted and crystallized from the grains of sweet corn during the filling period. Belongs to natural biogenic plant growth regulators.
Trans-zeatin is a cytokinin which occurs in the form of a cis- and a trans- isomer and conjugates. It was discovered in immature corn kernels from the genus Zea. Trans-zeatin promotes growth of lateral buds and when sprayed on meristems stimulates cell division to produce bushier plants . It has a variety of effects including promoting callus initiation when combined with auxin, concentration 1 ppm, promoting fruit set, retarding yellowing for vegetables, and causing auxiliary stems to grow and flower. The two isomers of zeatin are found to have different effects biologically, as trans-zeatin is found to be bioactive while cis-zeatin has a weak impact .

2.The mechanism of action of Trans-Zeatin produced by Agreenco Bio: 
The zeatin has two isomers in structure, cis and trans, and the biological activity of trans zeatin is stronger, often existing in the form of ribonucleosides or nucleotides. Functionally, it can promote cell division and affect other aspects of the cell cycle. Its functions also include preventing leaf senescence, reversing toxic effects on leaves, inhibiting root formation, and promoting bud formation at high concentrations.
Trans zeatin can promote plant cell division, prevent chlorophyll and protein degradation, slow down respiration, maintain cell vitality, and delay plant aging. The mobility within the plant body is poor, and it is generally transported through the xylem with transpiration water flow.

3.Applications fields of trans zeatin produced by Agreenco Bio:
(1) To promote the germination of callus tissue, it is generally used in combination with auxin, with a concentration of 0.5-2.0 milligrams per liter.
(2) To promote fruit setting, spraying 10 mg/L of zeaxanthin+GA325~50 mg/L+NAA20 mg/L throughout the entire plant during the peak flowering period can improve the fruit setting rate of jujube.
(3) Spraying leaves with 20 milliliters can delay yellowing and promote growth. In addition, treating some crop seeds can promote germination. Applicable crops: apples, potatoes, etc.
(4) Stimulate the growth and development of plant buds and roots, increase tillering, improve fruit size, and increase yield.
